OVERVIEW
Prudential's site and app needed to be updated. The customer experience, designs, flow, and technology were all outdated. In short, the entire digital footprint of this 140-year-old financial giant needed a complete rethink.
We rebuilt the site, improved site architecture, implemented new navigation, simplified the user flow, and implemented a systematic and consistent update across all of Prudential's site pages. The modular, flexible site design allows Prudential to roll out and promote new products and campaigns quickly and effectively.
The Prudential app was redesigned and updated. Email templates were redesigned and updated.
The evolution included more online self-service options, a single sign-on to access multiple accounts, and personalized recommendations.
More than 2.4 million visitors have engaged with the new site since the spring of 2020. The early results are impressive: Prudential's ease of doing business score has doubled from the legacy site. Now, twice the number of visitors can effortlessly accomplish what they came to do.
